The practice is led by board-certified gastroenterologists Noel Fajardo, MD (Mayo Clinic-trained), and Filippo Cremonini, MD (Harvard Medical School-trained), who have jointly published over 300 scientific papers in gastroenterology and hepatology. They specialize in conditions such as acid reflux, GERD, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome, gastroparesis, celiac disease, and SIBO, and also manage a GI motility clinic and a viral hepatitis clinic.

They offer a range of advanced diagnostic procedures including colonoscopy, endoscopy, small bowel capsule endoscopy, Smartpill™ motility tests, and hydrogen breath tests to assist in accurate diagnoses.
