LASVEGAS GASTROENTEROLOGY
I give Dr. Fajardo and his endoscopy team a 5 star review. If I can give him 10 stars, I would. My son Evan had an endoscopy today, literally just left the clinic and I can't wait to give them an honest to goodness excellent review.
Dr. Noel Fajardo is the best doctor I have ever met, best bedside manners, took time to discuss results, very kind, efficient, and has a good heart and great looks great too!
LVG endoscopy clinic team is the A team with doctors, NPs, nurses, MAs, receptionist, and all auxiliary staff, who are professional, competent, and with caring bedside manners. They handled my son's anxiety with ease and comfort.
LVG is a great practice and an excellent endoscopy clinic, clean and quick. We had positive experience overall! The entire staff made Evan feel incredibly comfortable and safe. From the moment we checked in, everyone treated my son with utmost respect and compassion that he deserves, which unfortunately, he usually does not get from other healthcare facilities and from staff who are not understanding of his needs and his disabilities. Healthcare rules do not always apply for persons with disabilities. I truly appreciate the flexibility allowing both parents to be with Evan.
LVG is a great practice and an excellent endoscopy clinic, a clean and comfortable facility, and quick. We had an efficient procedure experience and received clear communication from the doctor and staff. The entire staff made Evan feel incredibly comfortable and safe. From the moment we checked in, everyone was kind and welcoming. The procedure was fast and the care was excellent. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing a stress-free
endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures.

2 pre op nurses- Izik & the pretty nurse (Gabriel?) and the post op nurses treated Evan with very competent care

As a healthcare provider, I know how important it is to provide medical services that is trustworthy and patient focused. And that is exactly what I received during my virtual visit and my procedure. The entire staff was focused and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. I couldn’t stop telling my husband how excellent the care was!!

The staff is very professional and they all have an excellent bed side manner, which is hard to find now a days. They all do their best keep their patients informed of each step and as comfortable as possible.

ED, LVG Triage officer does not care for your health or safety. I was told by them after telling them I have had issues for 20 straight after my procedure that I have a telehealth appointment in 30 days or just go to the ER if its too bad and then do their job for them and tell them how to obtain your medical records or bring them your medical records after your discharged so they can schedule you for an appointment to discuss the out come. Uh, NO! By then I will have seen and spoken to a DR willing to see me and handle my issue, instead of passing the buck and sending me to someone else. I will be finding a facility that will care about the well being of their patients, instead of asking us to handle our own care and just wants to schedule a billable phone call to "discuss" the outcome of someone else's work.
